Service Requirements
To process Regulatory Compliance Corrections, the following documents and information are required:
1. Official Violation/Observation Report
A copy of the observations issued by:

Municipality

Civil Defense
-
Energy Efficiency Authority
-
Any other regulatory body
2. Approved Architectural & Structural Drawings
-
The latest approved building drawings (As-Built if available).

Any previous modification drawings.
3. Activity & Building Use Information

Description of the actual operational use.

Occupancy details (staff, visitors, etc.) if required.
4. Safety or Technical Inspection Reports
If observations are related to Civil Defense, provide:

Fire alarm inspection report

Firefighting systems inspection
-
Pump performance report
-
Electrical safety report
5. Site Photos
Clear images showing the violations or issues to assess the required correction.
6. Owner / Operator Information

Commercial registration (CR)
-
ID of owner or authorized representative

Contact number & email
7. Access Credentials to Platforms (if needed)

Access to Balady or Salama platform to submit corrections and request approval.
