Requirements for the Engineering Drawings Preparation Service

1. Client Requirements (Documents & Information Needed)

1. Property deed or proof of ownership.

2. Recent site survey plan with official coordinates.

3. Municipality/authority requirements (if applicable).

4. Site photos (if available).

5. Project type specification (Residential – Commercial – Administrative – Industrial – Warehouses…).

6. Required spaces and functional needs (number of rooms, units, services, setbacks…).

7. Any special design preferences requested by the client.

8. Contact details of the person responsible for approvals and revisions.

2. Requirements Handled by Mosbeh Assaf Engineering Office

1. Review all provided documents and verify compliance.

2. Architectural design preparation in accordance with:

   • Saudi Building Code (SBC)

   • Municipality requirements

   • Civil Defense requirements when applicable

3. Structural drawings preparation according to approved codes (SBC – ACI – AISC).

4. MEP drawings preparation, including:

   • HVAC

   • Plumbing

   • Drainage systems

5. Electrical drawings preparation, including:

   • Power layouts

   • Lighting layouts

   • Electrical panels

6. Cross-discipline coordination to eliminate conflicts between drawings.

7. Issuing final stamped drawings ready for submission to authorities.

8. Providing technical support until approvals are completed.

3. Deliverables to the Client

1. Complete PDF package of all drawings.

2. Editable DWG files.

3. Printable copies (A0/A1) upon request.

4. Compliance report with Saudi Building Code.

5. Technical support during municipality or civil defense review.
