4) Compliance Verification

Ensure full compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC).

Evaluate adherence to NFPA standards for fire protection systems.
5) Required System Testing

Test smoke and heat detectors.

Operate fire pumps and evaluate pressure & flow performance.

Test sounders, strobes, and alarm panels.
6) Technical Report Preparation

Document technical findings clearly.

Identify Non-Conformities (NCs).
-
Provide corrective engineering recommendations.
7) Report Certification

Issue an official certified report ready for submission to authorities (Civil Defense, Municipalities).

Support the client until all observations are resolved.
