Site Surveying Service – Requirements

To perform accurate and compliant land and site surveying, Mosbeh Assaf Engineering Consultants require the following:

1. Property Title Deed or Ownership Document
   To verify the official boundaries of the land.

2. Site Location or GPS Coordinates
   A clear map link or accurate coordinates.

3. Plot Number and Plan Number (If available)
   Ensuring alignment with government records.

4. General Description of the Site
   Type of land, existing structures, terrain details.

5. Purpose of the Survey
   (Engineering drawings preparation, boundary determination, governmental submission, etc.)

6. Access Permission to the Site
   Ensuring the surveying team can enter and work freely.

7. Required Documents from Municipalities or Authorities
   If the survey is intended for official approvals.
