Requirements for Saudi Building Code Compliance Report

To prepare an accurate and certified compliance report, Musbah Al Assaf Engineering requires the following documents:

1. Approved Architectural Drawings (PDF or CAD).

2. Complete Structural Drawings including foundations, columns, slabs, and load-bearing elements.

3. MEP Drawings (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems if applicable).

4. Electrical Drawings (lighting, power, fire alarm systems).

5. Building Permit & Property Identity Documents.

6. Recent Site Photos (interior and exterior).

7. Previous inspection report (if available) for comparison and evaluation.

8. Owner or Facility Details for documentation and communication.

9. Purpose of the Report (license issuance, compliance correction, sale, safety enhancement, construction follow-up).
