To ensure proper installation and full compliance with Civil Defense requirements, the following documents and information are required:

Fire protection and fire alarm drawings approved by Misbah AlAssaf Engineering or another certified office. -
Project Information
• Owner name
• Activity type
• Project location
• Total area and number of floors -
Approved Installation Contractor
Contractor details, commercial registration, and Civil Defense installation license. -
List of Materials & Equipment
Including fire pumps, sprinklers, hoses, alarm panels, detectors, cables, and control devices. -
Installation Timeline
A clear schedule showing installation phases to allow accurate site supervision. -
Site Daily Logbook (if available)
To review progress, issues, and previous notes. -
Pre-commissioning Tests Preparation
Site must be ready for:
