Engineering Supervision Requirements for Structural & Architectural Works

To ensure high-quality supervision services, Musbah Al Assaf Engineering Office requires the following:

1) Essential Documents

• Approved engineering drawings (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical).

• Valid building permit issued via Baladi Platform.

• Soil report (if applicable).

• Bill of quantities and technical specifications.

• Construction contract between owner and contractor (for scope review).

2) Project Information

• Project location and access points.

• Type of facility (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Warehouse, etc.).

• Total area and project scale.

• Proposed construction timeline.

3) Site Preparation

• Availability of safety measures prior to supervision.

• Coordination with contractor to allow scheduled field visits.

• Providing site logs for recording observations and technical reports.

4) Supervision Scope

Includes but not limited to:

• Regular field inspections.

• Verifying quality of workmanship and compliance with drawings.

• Reviewing and approving construction materials.

• Issuing periodic progress reports.

• Addressing site remarks and providing technical guidance.

• Ensuring compliance with the Saudi Building Code and authorities' requirements.
