Provided in an approved format and ready for upload to the Baladi platform.
5️⃣ Required Engineering Drawings
Architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings in PDF format.
6️⃣ Authorized Engineering Office Information
Official authorization for Mosbeh Assaf Engineering Office to manage the application through Baladi.
7️⃣ Building Code Compliance Checklist
According to the Saudi Building Code and municipal requirements.
8️⃣ Contractor Information or Labor Records (if required)
In specific cases depending on project type and municipality regulations.
9️⃣ Site Coordinates (UTM Format)
To comply with Baladi’s mapping and geographic requirements.
